Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:
✔ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔ The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., diapers, wipes) once opened.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
  • Customized or personalized items.

2. Exchange Process

2️⃣ Approval & Pickup: If approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (e.g., Delhivery) or ask you to self-ship.
3️⃣ Inspection & Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement product within 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • Defective or Wrong Product? We cover all shipping charges.
  • Size or Preference Change? Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Instead of Exchange

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
